House Bill 1950

The PA House and Senate passed House Bill 1950 this week, which includes an impact fee for Marcellus Shale natural gas drillers. Wednesday the state House approved the measure 101 to 90. On Tuesday, the state Senate voted 31 to 19 in favor.
